Mr. Meekins came exactly when he was scheduled and after the completion of the work, waited until I could run home from work to walk the lines with him. The boundary points are very clearly marked and leave no room for interpretation. Several days later, I received notarized drawings from Meekins showing their findings. A two-man crew arrived in the early AM and began their work. Using a land surveying digital tool, metal and wooden stakes, and lots of walking through semi-forested terrain, they staked the the property boundaries and the beginning points of an WSSC easement. Total time: approximately 5 hours. They staked as required and followed up with a written stakeout sheet. I would use them again; they also reduced a solo price when two other property owners joined in.
