W.L.Meekins Inc. is a family owned and operated land surveying and engineering firm established in 1951.

We are licensed and insured. We are committed to the highest quality surveys and prompt service to our clients. Our excellent reputation stems from our competitive pricing and highly competent field and office performance. The majority of our employees have been with the corporation for more than 20 years.

We believe in The Golden Rule, (Matthew 7:12) and we try to run our business accordingly.

At age 25, W.L. Meekins Sr. began his surveying business in LaPlata, MD. Today, W.L. Meekins, Inc., now located in Prince George's County, MD, has performed more property surveys in Washington D.C. and suburban Maryland than any of its local competitors.

We specialize in boundary, topographic surveys, building and house locations as well as ALTA Land Title surveys, Site Grading Plans and DC Condominium Plats.

We can assist YOU by providing the site grading and miscellaneous plans needed to build your dream home. This includes engineering plans from the ground up through your completed home.
